7Eleven Evan was a legendary land surveyor in the field. He had seven fingers on his left hand, which made him the fastest surveyor when it came to equipment set up and break down. However, his secret weapon was music. When his favorite tunes were blasting from the work truck, he could run circles around the best instrument men.
Evan's party chief knew this and always made sure to have the radio blasting as loud as it could go. But there were a couple of problems. Evan burned up all of his energy early in the morning, and he insisted on taking his lunch break at 11am, hours before the rest of the crew. His party chief tried to convince him to wait, but Evan always said he needed his fuel to keep going.
The other problem was the type of music Evan listened to. His party chief hated it, but he knew that if he didn't let Evan listen to his tunes, he'd lose his speed. So, he endured the blasting sound of the music at full volume from the work truck.
One day, Evan's crew was working on a particularly challenging job. They had to survey a steep and rocky hill, and everyone was struggling to keep up. But Evan was in his element. His favorite song was playing on the radio, and he was dancing around the equipment, setting it up and taking it down with lightning speed.
As the day wore on, Evan's crew began to tire, but he kept going strong. When it was time for lunch, Evan insisted on eating at his usual time, but his party chief reminded him that they still had a lot of work to do. Evan reluctantly agreed to wait until later, but he was clearly not happy about it.
Despite the setback, Evan kept up his incredible pace, and they finished the job well ahead of schedule. As they packed up and drove away, Evan's party chief couldn't help but smile. He knew that, as long as they had music and Evan's energy, they could take on any challenge in the field.
