I have a Trimble Pro XT receiver and I cannot communicate to the device using a serial cable. I had the serial communication to the receiver working. I then must of set the nine pin serial port on the receiver to be output only, because now I cannot connect with the receiver using the Trimble GPS connect app and the same serial cable and port that was working previously.
Does anyone know how to reset this receiver to factory defaults? Or can anyone speculate why the COM port on the receiver is now not communicating with my computer and Trimble GPS connect software. Once again I'm using a good cable that has a null modem and has worked previously/recently with this receiver.
