I am working with survey data collected with a Trimble Geo6000 series GPS unit and post-processed in Trimble GPS Pathfinder 5.4 and have encountered an issue with differential correction dropping GLONASS satellites. The ssf file shows that data was collected with both GPS and GLONASS satellites (CORS verifies GLONASS satellites were available at the time of survey and other rover units captured and corrected without issue at the same time/area)  but the cor file from one GPS unit drops the GLONASS satellites and as a result the accuracy threshold drops significantly. Has anyone encountered an similar issue or have any advice on how to correct this problem?
Thanks.
Mel
