Justin Farrow: Of course, I have been working as a Party Chief for the past 5 years in a variety of different surveying projects. My responsibilities included managing survey crews, ensuring quality control, and communicating with clients. Interviewer: That sounds great. Can you tell me about your experience with GPS and total stations? Justin Farrow: Yes, I am very familiar with both GPS and total stations. I have used them extensively in the field and have experience troubleshooting and maintaining them. Interviewer: Excellent. How do you approach problem-solving in the field? Justin Farrow: I believe that effective communication and collaboration are key when faced with a problem in the field. I encourage my team to work together to come up with solutions and make sure that everyone is on the same page. Interviewer: That's a great approach. Now, let's discuss salary. The position pays between $90,000 and $120,000 per year. Does that align with your expectations? Justin Farrow: Yes, that range is in line with what I am looking for. I am more focused on finding a company where I can grow and develop my skills long-term. Interviewer: That's great to hear. Can you tell me more about what you are looking for in a company?
