GPS Antenna Gain

Hi,

I'm purchasing a TDL450H external radio for my R10 setup. I am looking at purchasing a 5dB Antenna for the external radio, but I noticed the rubber duck antenna on the rover is 0dB. Will these be compatible together or do I need to match gain at the base and rover?
