I am Mohammad Shoaib Afzali from Kbaul, Afghanistan , and Bachelor of Geodesy Engineering Faculty of Kabul Polytechnic university , and currently works as survey manager in National rural acccess program of Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and developement of Afghanistan.
