23 Years Extensive experience in; Property Boundary, Construction Surveying, ALTA / ACSM Surveys, House Staking, including Plot Plans, Foundation Surveys, Final Surveys, and Physical Surveys. FEMA Mapping, Wetland Delineation, Topographic Surveys, Tree Surveys, Transmission Rights-of-Ways, Control network Surveys, Final Subdivision Platting (major and minor), As-Builts, and Traverse adjustment. Commercial Buildings / House Design, Neighborhood Improvement Projects, Landscape Design, Landfill design and surveying. Hazwoper Superfund Sites, Designing Water (street and trunk mains), Storm Sewer, and Gravity Sanitary Sewer lines (plan and profiles), Project Surveyor for the oil and gas industry, GIS Technician. Skilled in field surveying using; TDS software, and SMI, Trimble, and Carlson Survey Data Collectors. GPS experience in Static, RTK, and VRS. I am proficient at operating Topcon, Trimble, Sokkia, and Leica Robotic Total stations. Running level Loops.
