7+ years of US Federal service with construction financing, NEPA, and NHPA compliance. I have a GIS certification from the University of Tennessee at Martin. Preparing to start classes in fall for land surveying with State Tech of Missouri. Looking for contacts in Kansas City to get experience in the industry.
