I have more than 20 years of experience in boundary surveying, research, deed abstracts and plotting, best fit scenarios, and alignments. I have recorded recombination and small subdivision plats for various planning departments for multiple cities and counties, performed ALTA surveys, from small convenience stores to large 60-unit apartment complexes, and been responsible for FEMA Elevation Certificates and LOMA applications. Since earning my license I have sealed over 1200 small surveys and plats in Wake County alone.
I have experience with the following
boundary surveys, construction staking, GIS, teaching, Survey Office, Software Development, Equipment Repair, Construction, Student of Surveying
