I am student of surveying and Geodesy in Algeria and i will get my diploma of senior technician on March 2014, I want to continue my study in America and get an engineer diploma and magister there. I want to study in public college.

Thank you for your reply, I want to accomplish Surveying or Geodesy or remote sensing in USA. All what I want from you is some universities that they would accept me to study there and give me Visa Student easily and free or with a little money (Less than 500 $).
