Thoughts
Thanks for the comment Justin, the paper targets are used for us to link the "Scan Worlds" together. Because when you laser scan you don't set on a know control point as you would with traditional surveys. This way we can use those paper targets and link them together by doing a resection. Then after we do the scan's if we need to tie the scan's to real world cords. we can shoot the targets reflector-less with a total station.
