Hi every body
I have 2 GPS 530 Leica.But one of them do not give enough satellite for fixing.And i set up firmware 5.1 and i changed Antenna but again did not give more than 4 satellite.Please tell me how can i do.

Maybe the firmware update was not finished like manual said.
See page 8.

After Firmware upgrade you have to reset Time and Position and RESTART!
Maybe without Firmware upgrade it will help to clear NVRAM.
I thinkt this was on TR500 Controller 4 Utilities , 2 , F4 or F5.
Maybe also clearing EEPROM or/and NVRAM will help start right tracking.

After clearing eveything and starting tracking it will need maybe 30 minutes at first start to load full satellit almanc.
I managed to find a technical reference manuals for the Leica GPS 500 that might be of help until someone else comes along with a better idea...
