Good Afternoon Pedro,
I have been looking for an excel calculator that applies the Helmert 3D Transformation to convert between site coordinates and State Plane coordinates. Unable to locate such a tool, I am trying to develop my own but running into a few math snags. Does your spreadsheet do Helmert or another transformation type?
