A leveling calculation spreadsheet can be used to calculate the elevation differences between two points in a construction project or topographical survey.

Β

The basic formula used in such a spreadsheet is:

Elevation Difference = Elevation of Point B - Elevation of Point A

The spreadsheet would have columns for the names of each point, their respective elevations, and the calculated elevation difference. To use the spreadsheet, the user would input the elevations of Point A and Point B, and the spreadsheet would automatically calculate the elevation difference between the two points. The spreadsheet could also be set up to allow the user to input multiple sets of points and automatically calculate the elevation difference for each set.
