I stumbled across something today that may be of interest to all of our archaeologists on the network.   Have you ever thought about how much more serious you might be taken if you had an email address that wasn't gmail or aol or the like?  Here is a tip.  Head over to Mail.com and click on Get Your Free Email Address in the top right of the home screen.

When you get to the part which lets you choose a subdomain for your new email address, scroll down and you will find @archaeologist.net and see if your preferred name is available.  Grab it and go to town!  You can even import your other email accounts into it!
