Although it was a difficult project, we were able to complete it successfully by working closely with our team and leveraging our collective expertise. 4. Can you describe a time when you had to resolve a conflict with a client or team member? ANSWER: In a previous project, I had a disagreement with a team member over the best approach to collecting and analyzing survey data. We were able to resolve the conflict by discussing our concerns openly and coming up with a compromise that satisfied both of us. ANSWER: When working with clients and stakeholders, I always make sure to listen carefully to their needs and concerns, and work collaboratively with them to develop a solution that meets their expectations.
