Bio of Arthur W. Blackburn I’m a 40-year veteran of industry and founder of two successful engineering firms, (Systems Evaluation Inc.) and (Evaluation Software) both provided engineering support and software development to both industry and government. Currently I’m the founder and President of Global BPM Solutions. Global BPM Solutions is an engineering and software firm formed with the objective of bringing cost effective business process management (BPM) solutions to the small and medium size firms. Our main products and services are: 1.The development of BPM solutions for commerce and industry like Global Latitudes which was developed for the Land Survey / Geomatics community. 2. To customize BPM Solution for any project or company process. Both types of solutions will result in workflows that shall provide better project control, reduced costs, retention of data and information, project visibility for management, cost tracking, quality control, automated proposals and invoicing. This means an investment that will lower operating costs as well better project control.
