    thats cool.

this is how i compare surveyors with military

MILITARY are deployed to the "battle field" with bullets and guns.

SURVEYORS are deployed to the "battle field" with tripods and surveying instruments.

But i think surveyors have the most crucial role in military planning.

that is an interesting question with thousands of answers.  I'll throw up just one.

Most other professions (such as those you listed) are understood by the public.  In other words, the general public usually has an overall clear idea about what it is that a doctor does.  They know WHY they need a doctor.  They know when a doctor is needed.  They may not know HOW a doctor does what he does, but they understand that some health related problems just cannot be solved at home, so they must go to a doctor.

On the other hand, a surveyor's job and purpose is not so widely understood by the public.  To many it is unclear as to why they MUST contact a professional land surveyor in order to gain a proper understanding of land boundaries, measurement. and management.  So, one difference between surveying and other professions is  the general public does not usually have a clear understanding of why they need a surveyor.  This must change if the surveying industry is to survive.

    • we will try to change even by individually, thank for the comment
