Conversion of a .survey file format to Excel or txt file format

Hi guys, I need to know if a .survey file can be converted to excel or text file. If possible, how? I did a topo survey using survey pro 5.4, i was used to the older versions of 4. Something. The survey file format is not friendly with AutoCad Civil 3D. Guys, I need a quick one. Thanks.

    Absolutely correct! I have been able to get the data in .csv . I'll check out the traverse PC. Thanks Jim.

    When you are ready to down load the file or save you have the option in survey pro to save as - here choose the .csv this is an Excell file extension and you can transfer it easily this way.

    Ah yes AutoCad - my suggestion is A software called traverse PC. It handles just about every file and works very well with auto cad - it also offers the ability to any drawing type you may need. Check it out
