Assuming that the next meeting will be in December, I called the Phoenix Center in Richland Center for availability.  Except for weekends they are pretty much wide open.  Wireless internet connection is free and a projector screen is available at no cost.  Somebody will need to bring a projector and a laptop to allow me to present Land Surveyors United.  Rumor has it that Justin Farrow, the creator of Land Surveyors United will be attending the meeting.  Stay tuned for more details.  

The hall rental fee is $50 for a half day (no hourly rates).  Pizzas are $14.99 each for the biggest ones (each one serves 6-8).  I can split my pizza with somebody, as I will eat half of one.:)  Soft drink pitchers are $4 each.

I estimate that we will need three pizzas, three pitchers, and of course the hall rental, for a total of about $126.
