Land Surveying in the Gas & Oil or Windfarm Industries

Morning having been a Land Surveyor for knocking on 14 years in the Construction industry i really fancy a change of direction , would anyone know if there is generally any requirement for Land Surveyors in either the Gas & oil , Windfarm , Telecommunications industries . And if there is could anyone recommmend any links etc etc . Ideally i would like it to be UK Based but not esssential
