    Land Desktop Annotation question.... How do you tell it not to put the directional arrows on the bearing and distance and also how do you tell it to put a space before the degrees and after the seconds?

working with 2002 in 2013 world

I am working for a company that has an older, 2002, release of LDD. We request for everything sent to us to be saved back to the older date, but it's still no fun at all trying to get a working drawing for construction lay out going. I have had luck with "edit"- "copy with a base point" " specify base point" 0,0 enter, "select objects" turn on and thaw all layers, window everything, enter, minimize and paste to a new drawing opened up with my older release, 0,0Ā Ā  and seems to be fine.
