Just another example of an unethical survey done by con-artists for con-artists. They say this is where the survey post hole was before the post was stolen and a new post would fall right in the hole. There was no post or hole showing that a survey post had been pulled out! There should be a hole after all the survey posts were stolen! It took 38 or more pounds with a hammer to drive a post in the ground using both hands. The buyer claims to own the land and claim they have the deed in there name and the sellers are still trying to get the money!
