Photograph of a "TAB" referenced on a 1985 right-of-way plat and construction plan set. They are bottle caps with concrete nails set in wood fence posts. The TABs were set as reference ties to center line monuments with defined stationing which have since been destroyed from construction. I am utilizing them to assist in retracing the right-of-way on a contested line. Very little information or monumentation remains and these TABs will help in determining the right-of-way limits for the project.
