Surveying In Namibia

The people (Himbas) in Northern Namibia are not very keen on adapting the Western Culture. They still walk around in leather tongs and cover their bodies with goat fat and a reddish stone powder.I took this photo when I did a surveying project there.

  • Very interesting seeing the mix of tradition mixed with the modern equipment. Nice to see people holding on to their culture and still being progressive.
