I pulled my automatic level out a lot lately with all the Elevation Certificates lately since August of 2009 with all the FEMA map changes and irate mortgaged homes that require them to avoid the big flood insurance fees if possible - some were actually in the flood zone with their AC pad and garage but no Finished Floors so far.
