Product Support
We encourage the use of our product through our dedicated
support
groups for each manufacturer. Product support is available to all
Land
Surveyors United members and thus customers of the LSU Pro Store,
a
Division of Land Surveyors United, and can be freely used as
needed.
All product support is provided free of charge to Land Surveyors
United
members. You do not have to purchase an item through the LSU Pro
Store
in order to recieve product support. You must have Internet access
and
a valid credit
card or debit card ("Payment Method") to purchase through LSU
Store.
Billing
By pressing "Buy it Now" on the LSU Pro Store, you are
expressly
agreeing that we are authorized to charge you the price amount
specified on the item you select and, any applicable tax. As used
in
these Terms of Use,"billing" shall indicate either a charge or
debit, as
applicable,against your Payment Method, including a checking
account,
where applicable. The item will be billed to your preferred payment
method.
Your Payment Method will be authorized for up to the amount
specified on
the item you intend to purchase. All forms of payment will be
verified before any shipment of
products is made. At such time, and for any reason, we may
provide a refund, discount, or other consideration to some or
all
of our members ("credits"). The amount and form of such
credits,
and the decision to provide them, are at our sole and absolute
discretion. The provision of credits in one instance does not
entitle you to credits in the future for similar instances, nor
does it obligate us to provide credits in the future, under any
circumstance. We may change the fees and charges in effect, or
add
new fees and charges from time to time, but we will give you
advance notice of these changes by email. Rest assured that all of
your
private and personal information will never be shared, sold or
stored
on the Land Surveyors United website or anywhere else affiliated
with
LSU.
Preowned Equipment
All equipment sold through the Land Surveyors United Pro Store has
been
tested and is in working condition, unless otherwise specified. We
will
rarely if ever sell a peice of equipment which has defects or is
in
nonworking condition. If you find that you have purchased
equipment
which is not working, LSU reserves the right to attempt to solve
any
issues with the equipment via product support groups before issuing
a
refund. If no solution can be found, a refund will be issued to you
via
the same payment method you used during purchase.
Delivery
For subscription orders placed between the 1st and 15th of the
month, LSU Pro Store shipments will be sent during the third week
of
the
month. For subscription orders placed between the 16th and end
of
the month, LSU Pro Store shipments will be sent during the end of
the
4th
week of the month. All products on the LSU Pro Store which are
drop
shipped directly from vendors will be sent according to the
respective
vendor's shipping policy, which will be presented to you during
your
time of checkout.. All shipping is done by USPS.

Right to Terminate
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your use of our
service, without notice, for any or no reason whatsoever.
