The Board is planning to post all the complaints that resulted in a guilty verdict on their website. Right now the Board is seeking volunteers to enter in this data so that it will appear within the next few months on-line.

Another change is that they will no longer "roll" complaints together. In the past if a Land Surveyor was facing more than one complaint at the same time then they would treat them as a single complaint. This is no longer the case. You will have to answer to each and every complaint.

There appears to be an increased desire to focus on compliance and enforcement. Records of continuing education units is now the responsibility of the registrant however they are going to audit 10% of all the Land Surveyors each year. So keep those stubs handy.
