Be careful what you ask for.......

Hello everyone! Due to times being what they are I haven't really had any work, so I took a job as a driller's asst. for a local engineering company and the project is in East New Orleans, LA, working on the leeves. Let me be the first to say I have a new found respect for any person that works on a drilling rig. That is some hard work! Over the years I have seen it done, spec'd it out for projects and even laid the locations out, then returned to do the as built. But that my friends is the easy part. Our day starts at 5:30 am and stops just about dark. We have delt with alligators, snakes........and when I say snakes, I do mean SNAKES! You see most of the leeves in East New Orleans are protected management areas and wet lands. What better place for a snake, but not me. I will fill you in on that little adventure later! Take care!
