This is a plaque Dedicated to the building of Preston Road in the City of Frisco TX.This road ran from Austin TX. to the Red River at OK.This took place in 1840 by a Army Surveyor William g. Cooke of the First Regiment of Infantry of the Texas Army. He had to fight off Indians to survey this Trail.
