    I wonder which one is in the right spot.  Perhaps a few more survey monuments could be placed tightly in a circle around the original one so that it would look like one mass of steel and then we would be able to find the center of the mass, thereby locating the original pin?  But seriously, folks...why do we keep seeing this over and over again and again?  Did a surveyor not find the other marker and drive one into the ground right next to it by accident?  Maybe without the aid of a metal detector and without the aid of professional judgement.
