This concrete monument identifies the right of way on a Japanese highway in Okinawa Japan. The markers are very common and are set at intersection points or at even intervals.

The former position of the disturbed monument is clearly visible in the pavement.It used to mark the boundary between the public road (gray pavement of the sidewalk) and private land (red pavement).
