Enjoy, explore and contribute to our community....a living library of land surveying which is not controlled by 3rd party interests- it is controlled by you, the surveyor. No one else in the world aside from our community members catalogs changes in the surveying industry. No one else collects, curates and showcases the importance of land surveyors to society for future generations to learn from and to promote public awareness of this importance. It takes just a few moments per week to curate a rock solid legacy in surveying but every minute you spend sharing your experience will breathe ten years of life into the profession.

Hello Charlie-Jim, Thanks for the association, I look forward to exchanging ideas with you. Have a good day, Paul
Charlie, MicroSurvey will send you a disk with their survey software on it so you can work with it before you buy. You can also download their trial software on your computer. Much cheaper than Civil 3D from the prices they show.
For help on Copan, contact [email protected]
I'm not sure if you were asking about a Copan password...

I am not much of a VB programmer but I could do something in JAVA or C++ then it could be platform independent. You could use it on anything that runs JAVA. Do you know I am making an application for use on Android powered devices? One of my plans is to use the SQLite database to make it multi language. So it has the ability to work in more then one native language on the front end and not be messy about it. I have used it when I have developed applications for other companies. This lets me port it to any language as fast as I can get words/meanings translated. It doesn't get the help and instructions translated but it does get the application its self working in another language.

No, I'm not there now, I visited the place about 5 years ago when I went to bring my girlfriend back here to the USA. She's now my wife and from cagayan de oro City, Phil. We now live in Middle Georgia, USA. I'm not too busy with surveying right now but trying to learn to collect GPS data after buying a few Promark 3's. Sounds Fun, but frustrating too sometimes. Right?
Take care as always there. Happy New Year to you and your family.
I've enjoyed seeing these photo's of your survey sites.
My wife is from CAY. DE ORO...her family is okay but sister in law
had to climb to the third floor to be safe from the recent flood there.
Hi Charlie, thanks for responding and how you've been doing? I
will be more than glad and happy for you to communicate with
me by email and hopefully I can explain much better for any
question about surveying problems. Again glad to hear you.
Regards....phil
My friend don't work too hard and take care yourself as always. Have you seen the Monster croc. captured in your country.
