Land Surveyor Hit while working at Busy Intersection

Surveyor hit while working at busy intersection in University City A local surveyor is clinging to life. He was hit by a car while on the job and authorities say the accident is further proof of the dangers surrounding that intersection. The accident happened Thursday afternoon at Trinity and Delmar in University City. Sam Seaver, 48,  is a surveyor with Abna Engineering in St. Louis.
