  • Great platform for surveyors
  • In Kenya, land ownership processes involves three departments namely,"the survey department","physical planning department",and "the lands registry department". These departments are interrelated and are always placed under one ministry with a director in charge of survey,a director in charge of physical planning and a chief land registrar in charge of lands registries. To us Kenyan surveyors, the major problem we encounter in our work is in the lands registries: delayed registration of documents; lack of enough registration documents; and incompetent and corrupt staff members.
