Land Surveyor

Licensed Surveyor for 20 years

I've spent the last 6 years working in East Central Mississippi under my own license, but now I really would like to move to better geographical location. Any leads or reccomendations would be helpful. I've got 20 years of surveying experience, 15 years advanced experience in GPS, Total Stations, Data Collectors, AutoCad and ESRI ArcView. Background in Civil Engineering surveys mostly. Highway Construction, GPS surveys, Construction Stakeouts, Topographical Surveys for Landscape Architects, Landfills, materials inventory/quantity surveys, ALTA, As-built and more.

Hi Henry - I've got a job with relocation money in Northern Indiana - Elkhart. Email me your resume and I'll call you! [email protected]

  • Have you considered Washington State - San Juan County - Orcas Island?

One of the most sought after living environments in the county.

I am close to retirement and looking for someone to buy/take over my 27 year old business.

I am willing to transition for a couple years and you will need to be licensed in WA st.

send me an email if you want to come out for a visit: [email protected]

Hello Henry. With the experience you have and your desire to explore new horizons maybe you might want to check what is about to happen in Canada (Quebec province). The North plan will create new jobs in mining and already some roads are build toward the mines. Also the CN Canadian National Railroad is studying some participation in that initiative. Check it out...there are many opportunities (not for students like me) but a need for experienced land surveyors. By the way we are not so far and the winters are getting less cold :)

    Regards
