Land surveying company seeks SUBCONTRACT SURVEY FIELD CREW for residential title surveys, flood certificates and builder services. Prefer a 1-man crew with robotic equipment. If you prefer to work in a 2-man setup, you would be responsible for your labor. Must have GPS equipment if you wish to do elevation certificates. Service area is primarily the greater Charlotte area.
- Five (5) years minimum experience required in residential lot surveying, house staking and flood certificates.
- RTK rover experience preferred.
- Must have own equipment and vehicle.
- Applicant must pass drug testing.
- Professional survey license preferred but not required as all work will be supervised and reviewed by our North Carolina RPLS.
Crews are paid on a per job basis. Crews average $75k to $200k per year based on volume of work completed.
