The Surveyors is an Australian silent short film produced by Justin Bush and Austography Film Image Inc. A finalist of the 2017 Canberra Short Film Festival and Belco Flicks V; the film finds two Land Surveyors at odds when assigned to the same parcel of land in the expanding development of Australia's capital city, Canberra, in 1972. The film is a tale of hi-jinks and sabotage as the pair stop at nothing to get their names in the history books, with comedic results. Inspired by The Roadrunner and Buster Keaton, and featuring an original soundtrack by Composer David Williams; The Surveyors is a return to a simpler time of cinema, and one that still entertains today.
