The TDR360 is a target used as a landmark for land surveying. It is used with a total station equipped with a sighting that does not require a prism (Direct Reflex). It can be operated from a distance as far as a thousand meters (+1000 meters or +3280feets) and offers a 360 degree visibility. This target has numerous qualities such as durability, great visibility, reusability and extreme precision. Its operating procedure is quite easy: after the conventional set-up of the instrument, you simply install the target and aim at it in order to enter its coordinates. You will not have to change positions like you used to in order to set up different landmarks, such as metal rods, nails, survey monuments, etc., which are usually situated very far from the total station. Therefore, the TDR360 makes the operation of the instrument exceptionally fast and precise since the target is stationary. Furthermore, your triangulation network will be more reliable and accurate since the handling procedures in creating your network will be abated.
