I can provide the drawings and information by Fax for you to see for yourself how biased these Surveyors could be? We need Media help to expose them. They are overlooking the facts. I have a boundary problem and very fortunately I and my neighbour have Special Boundary Deeds marked to the very inch. I employed a Surveyor and he marked it against me in the favour of my neighbour. He gave my report to my neighbour FREE of charge without my knowledge and he is asking me to pay for the services. The report is in the favour of my neighbour and against me. So, I employed another Land Surveyor specialising in Boundary demarcation using Laser mapping. She, the lady Surveyor, did the laser mapping and put the boundary almost correct but she shifted my neighbour's encroachment away from me by 16 inches showing in her report that there is very little encroachment not worth bothering. This Surveyor charged me £1500 + VAT upfront. Now, both of these reports are not professional and I wants to bring into the notice of Media that how these professionals instead of solving the problems through their professionalism rather create problems. They being the members of the RICS, are also taken by Judges as expert in this matter. I wonder if Media would be interested in highlighting the malpractices in such professional bodies. I warned both the Surveyors that I being a retired lecturer in Metallurgy can read drawings and mark the boundary but the solicitors need a professional document from you. I did mark the boundary for them and there was hardly ten feet boundary in dispute plus or minus 3 inches. If you are interested, I can explain and provide solid proofs of what I am saying and claiming. There could be an element of racism as I am an Asian and my neighbour is a white. Chaudhry Rajinder Nijjhar, M.Sc.Retired Lecturer in Metallurgy,Tel.0118 962 3200/966 6345;Fax:-0118 962 3003. This I felt is the last resort to dearch for an honest Surveyor.
