One Mile Level Line - Zenith angle measurements made in November 2015 between mile posts 27 & 28 on Route 206 in New Jersey revealed a tilt of approximately 1 arc minute. The test was repeated in Nov 2016 with one additional parameter being that the end points of the line were set to be level. Numerous independent measurements were recorded on this level one mile line which confirmed the results obtained the previous year.
