Here, Dr. Tony Nettleman provided expert witness testimony about the failure of a Professional Land Surveyor to locate an easement that was part of the Public Record for the past 50 years. In the end, the Surveyor ended-up paying almost $75,000 in damages to the property owner. The title company paid the other half of the settlement.
