I am humbly introducing myself, to you and to the applicant's board of admissions and all Other Concern. I am Henry D Lozano, 50 years old. Born in Daram Samar, I am in the fifth rank among the ten siblings of Mr. and Mrs. Francisco Lozano.
As a self-supporting student at the age of 21 worked as a security guard and studied the course of (BSIT), Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology, Major in Drafting Technology in 1996 formerly. (SSPC) Samar State Polytechnic College now (SSU) Samar State University. After a year from my graduation, I was able to work as a Draftsman in (NIA) National Irrigation administration, Catbalogan Samar Provincial office from 1997 to 2014. Trained to become a full Draftsman through (TESDA) Technical Education Skills Development Authority and passed the competency exam of third class on January 17, 1997. Certified by the Civil Service Commission under the provision of CSC.MC. # 11 (Series of 1996) with Serial Number 26080013 April 4, 1997.
I am (OFW) working in Inco-Labs, a private company in Kuwait, Assigned to
Survey Department as senior AutoCAD Draftsman.
My Current job is to collect and process survey reports data from project sites from surveyors as includes to my routine to examine, analyze and evaluate accuracy of coordinates used by each captured data through manual calculation or the testing use of modern software of each data to apply into progress survey project map. To digitize to various formats as desired deliverables of each client. Using a survey station To communicate surveyor in the progress of the assigned project, handling the deficiencies and collaboration further details to deficiencies according to the analysis of the daily data presented during the progress of the project.
To maintain Quality Assurance of production as required in accordance to International Organization for Standardization (ISO) International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) as mandated in membership of the company, the mandate includes adherence to the maximum time limit for each project and ensuring compliance with the codes complied with company and or in accordance with the code desired by the client.

GPS, cadastral, topographic, boundary surveys, construction staking, topographic surveys, control network surveys, ground movement monitoring, GIS, Survey Office, Software Development, Seismic, Student of Surveying, Cartography
