Not quite sure I understand what you mean. Wouldn't you just work out the distances between the UTM coords ( Brg and dist) Take the UTM coord distances and divide by your scale factor to give flat line distances.
Dear William Robinson, I am sorry for happening like this. Actually I was listening your video posting which was very useful for me and also I was searching on internet how can I transform UTM coordinate to Plant / Local coordinate.Meantime I try to post that photo, but I don't know how it happened, extremely sorry for doing that. I am working as a Land Surveyor in Kuwait, I am facing a problem here. I have five control points and have UTM coordinates. I need to take fifth control point as base point and its Plant coordinate as (N1000,E1000). I want to find out the plant coordinate of another control point by calculation. Scale factor used in UTM coordinate is 1.000423. I need to remove this scale factor from the plant coordinate. Do you have any idea?
