I have progressed from being a skilled survey technician to being a competent survey supervisor, assisting and overseeing innumerable survey projects in different locations in Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and the Philippines. My field experience has given me the foresight to find practical solutions to the challenges facing land surveyors in the field. I also have experience in using the latest surveying equipment such as Global Positioning Systems (GPS), Total Stations and CAD software such as AutoCAD and MicroStation. My knowledge and understanding of Land Surveying has been greatly enhanced by earning the Bachelor of Science degree in Geodetic Engineering. This field of study included theoretical concepts and practical applications. The core subjects were fundamentals of surveying, photogrammetry, hydrography, and introduction to various GIS programs as well as comprehensive fieldwork for leveling, route, property boundary, triangulation and topographic surveys. Specialties:AutoDesk Land Desktop 2009, MicroStation PowerSurvey v8i, Carlson Survey Desktop, Hypack Hydrographic Survey Software, Sokkia Map Vista, survey mapping, map / plat preparations and survey calculations, Digital Mapping software such as MapInfo, ArcView v3.2, ISPM, ISDM, Pregeos. Also knowledgeable in Autodesk Civil 3D and C++ programming language. Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Applications i.e., MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
