Latterly, I have undertaken GPS surveys to support research groups in UK, Spain and South Africa. Data capture for DTMs, precise X-sections for monitoring flood and drainage capacity changes. Originally a geodetic surveyor with experience in Saudi Arabia of field astronomy. Then part of founding group developing MOSS / MX modelling SURVEY option. Now I do GPS surveys for altruistic reasons because I want to help environmental research providing I can use the latest RTK systems!.
