I started RLC Consulting, LLC in 2008. My career in the field of land surveying has spanned over 40 years. Throughout my tenure, I have overseen many projects in the Northwest and Southern California, both private and public. I am a Registered Professional Land Surveyor in California and Washington. Currently assists Land Tech, Inc. in all aspects of land surveying.
