During the final year of my post-secondary education in Geography I discovered the career of land surveying and was immediately drawn to it. Now I'm in the process of meeting the educational standards for the Association of Ontario Land Surveyors. I'm joining LSU because I want to be "plugged in" as it were to the international community of land surveyors. I'm very interested in knowing what the surveying career looks like throughout the world so that I may improve upon it locally.
