Jim has had over 27 years experience in land surveying in Oregon, 21 of them with Azimuth Surveying. Educated at Oregon Institute of Technology and licensed as a Professional Land Surveyor in 1990, he has been involved in many challenging projects in all types of land surveying, especially in boundary retracement. With 18 years courtroom experience as an expert witness, Jim is well versed in the intricacies of working with the legal profession. Interaction with other surveyors is an important part of honing old skills and learning new ones. Land Surveyors United provides an opportunity to advance my skills and the skills of others in the profession.
