I have over 25 years experience as a licensed professional providing clients quality land surveying and development services on residential, commercial and retail land development projects of all sizes in southeastern Wisconsin and northern Illinois. I have proven skills in project management, land survey and engineering principles, real estate sales, CAD drafting, stakeout techniques and design. My firm can assist in providing due diligence site evaluation, augmented by compilation of land use, zoning, & other digital GIS data, & develop conceptual plans for projects prior to purchase or engineering. with my knowledge of local ordinances and state statutes relative to land surveying and property development i can inform clients and assist in expediting project completion, ensuring the most cost effective solutions for the owner. I am joining to enhance my knowledge of land surveying and help my fellow surveyors if i am able
